Meet The Team

Patrick Madley, APRN, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner who specializes in several different areas of healthcare. He states, "I chose to go into this profession simply because providing high-quality care to patients leads to less hospitalizations. The care I provide via telehealth also allows patients to receive high-quality healthcare from the comfort of their home." he prides myself on listening to patient needs and fostering a collaborative relationship with the patient. 

Shanatha hails from a lifelong of client relations and customer Satisfaction. She has ran and Managed MedSpa's and other 7 & 8 Figure Companies and now brings her expertise and Aesthetics background to OptiFit Clinics.
When not working, she enjoys spending time with her family (2 boys & finacee) doing all the things the PNW has to offer - hiking, biking, fishing, crabbing!

Hailey lives in Oregon and is passionate about health and wellness. She was educated on the East Coast and has a wide variety of experience in working in service industries. Haylee is responsible for documenting clients progress, including Styku body scan measurements.
